Situated on 26 acres with breathtaking views of Mt. Washington in beautiful Bethlehem, NH, the Lodge is conveniently located within a 15 minute drive to Franconia Notch State Park and most of the White Mountain's attractions. Known as a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts all four seasons, the Lodge is a great place to stay to enjoy your favorite activity -- hiking, biking, golf, skiing, snowshoeing and snowmobiling. Whatever your sport, you'll find it here. Or if you're looking for a quiet, romantic place to get away from it all, this is the place.

Featuring nine guest rooms, many with fireplaces, steam showers and two person jacuzzi tubs, the Lodge has a room just right for everyone. Each room has all of the amenities you'll need for a comfortable getaway. With queen or king-size double pillowtop mattresses, you'll find the beds to be extremely comfortable.

Filled with comfortable furniture and a wood soapstone stove, our inviting great room offers spectacular mountain views and affords our guests the opportunity to get to know each other in a relaxing setting or play a game of checkers by the soaring windows. The loft area above the great room has a quiet sitting area stocked with various reading materials and a great chess table. High speed wireless Internet access is available and you can use our guest laptop if you'd rather not carry yours along.

The expansive deck off the greatroom is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sunrise over Mt. Washington. If you're up early enough you can try to catch a glimpse of our resident wildlife - moose, deer, wild turkey and the occasional black bear cross through the back yard.

The deck overlooks the backyard which features a rustic outdoor fireplace surrounded by comfortable adirondack chairs. In the evenings, many guests return to the Lodge to sit by the fireplace to enjoy a drink under a beautiful mountain sky with stars you won't believe. In order to preserve our natural setting and not disturb the animal habitats on the property, we've left most of our 26 acres undeveloped. In the evenings when returning from dinner, some guests have been lucky enough to see a black bear or young bull moose like the ones shown here wandering through the property.

Our Yellow Labs, Rocket and Remi, are very friendly and love to play ball or fetch sticks in the backyard. They are never allowed in the guest rooms, but they'd be happy to visit with you on the deck or in the backyard if you like. (Photo January 2008)
