Deposits:
To guarantee your reservation, your credit card will be charged a 50% deposit. One night reservations are charged the full nightly rate as a deposit. For reservations made within 14 days of the arrival date, 100% prepayment is required. Only certain king size rooms can accommodate more than two people with cots as available. There is a $25 charge per night for each additional guest in the room, including children.
There is a two-night minimum on most weekends. There may be times when the minimum stay requirement can be waived - please call the Lodge to inquire.
Cancellations:
Cancellations made more than 14 days before your arrival date will receive a refund, less a $25 processing fee. For cancellations made within the 14 day period, we will do our best to rebook your room. If we cannot, then you will be responsible for the entire reservation. No shows and early departures will be charged for the full reservation. Due to our small size and the difficulty in rebooking at the last minute, it is necessary for us to enforce this policy. Thank you for your understanding.
Credit Cards:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Traveler's Checks are accepted.
Rates:
All rates are subject to an 8% New Hampshire Meals and Rooms Tax. Rates are subject to change without notice but will not affect existing reservations.
Smoking:
The Lodge, outside deck and front patio are smoke free. A $250 cleaning fee will be assessed to clean the Lodge should this policy be disregarded.
Check In:
Check-in is 3:00 to 10:00 p.m. Check-in after 10pm requires prior arrangement and a late-checkin fee will apply.
Check Out:
Check-out is 11:00 a.m. We value each of you as guests and need four hours to clean and prepare the Lodge for our next guests. A late fee of $25 per 15 minutes will be assessed after 11:15.
Children:
The Lodge is not appropriate for children under the age of 12. Children of all ages must be supervised at all times and are not to be left alone at the Lodge under any circumstances.
Pets:
We do have our own dogs, two yellow Labs named Rocket (born April 2006) named Remi (born October 2007). Rocket and Remi visit with guests if they want and love to play outside fetching sticks. They are never allowed in any guest rooms. For the safety of our guests, we cannot accommodate guest pets of any type. A cleaning fee of $250 will be assessed to clean The Lodge should this policy be disregarded and you will be asked to leave immediately.
Damage & Candles:
No open flames or candles are allowed at the Lodge. We have provided three flickering candles in each room for guest use. If damage is caused to the room, furniture or linens, it will be documented and the amount to repair the damage will be charged to the card on file.
