Whether it's just the two of you eloping or an intimate New Hampshire destination wedding with up to 30 of your closest family and friends, we can accommodate all of your wedding needs. Our goal is to make your wedding as stress-free as possible, so we'll take care of almost all the details.
Wedding Packages
The Lodge can accomodate wedding parties up to 30 indoors in our function room. Our garden pergola with panoramic mountain views and the sound of the nearby waterfall is a perfect setting for your ceremony.
All weddings require that the entire Lodge be rented for two days (up to 22 guests overnight) which provides you the use of the grounds for your ceremony rehersal as well as complete privacy for your getaway wedding. We will work with you to coordinate all of your vendors to ensure that your wedding day goes smoothly and is as stress free as possible.
Our recommended caterer, Catering by Joe's, will custom design your reception dinner and we can provide you with a list of recommended vendors such as florists, JP, bakery, photographers, etc. To discuss your wedding plans and check on your date, call us at 888-869-2189. Elopement Package
Sneak away and leave the stress behind - elope at the Bear Mountain Lodge. Your elopement package includes:
- 2 nights accommodations in our most private jacuzzi suite - Wild Turkey
- Private ceremony performed by a local officiant
- Photos of ceremony, provided on a CD by one of your innkeepers
- His/Hers Wedding Cupcakes & Champagne toast
- Two Bear Mountain Lodge Mugs
- Dinner at Timbur Alley Restaurant ($100 value)
- Wonderful breakfast each morning.
Package Price: $950.00 (The only thing you'll need to take care of is getting your license.)
Up to two additional rooms may be booked so that parents, siblings or close friends may attend. Beyond two rooms, a full wedding package would need to be discussed.
License Requirements: Both of you will need to be present to complete and sign the application. You may apply for a license at any town or city clerk's office in New Hampshire and the cost is $45, payable in cash. You will need to have a document that proves your identity and age such as a driver's license, nondriver's I.D. or passport. The license will be valid for 90 days from the date of application and there is no waiting period. NH does not require a blood test. If either party has previously been married, you will need to provide a divorce decree, annulment paper, dissolution or death certificate.
