Whether it's just the two of you eloping or an intimate Mini Wedding with up to 18 of your closest family and friends, we can accommodate all of your wedding needs. Our goal is to make your wedding day as stress-free as possible, so we'll take care of almost all the details.
License Requirements: Both of you will need to be present to complete and sign the application. You may apply for a license at any town or city clerk's office in New Hampshire and the cost is $45, payable in cash. You will need to have a document that proves your identity and age such as a driver's license, nondriver's I.D. or passport. The license will be valid for 90 days from the date of application and there is no waiting period. NH does not require a blood test. If either party has previously been married, you will need to provide a divorce decree, annulment paper, dissolution or death certificate.
ELOPEMENT Package
Sneak away just the two of you and leave the stress behind - elope at the Bear Mountain Lodge. Your elopement package includes:
- 2 nights accommodations in our most private jacuzzi suite - Wild Turkey
- Private ceremony performed by a local officiant
- Photos of ceremony, provided on a CD by one of your innkeepers
- His/Hers Wedding Cupcakes & Champagne toast
- Two Bear Mountain Lodge Mugs
- Dinner at Timbur Alley Restaurant ($100 value)
- Wonderful breakfast each morning.
Package Price: $950.00 ($1050 during Fall Foliage Season). The only thing you'll need to take care of is getting your license.
MINI WEDDING Package
If a big wedding isn't in your plans, but eloping isn't for you, our MINI WEDDING package is just the thing.
- 2 nights accommodations in our most private jacuzzi suite - Wild Turkey
- Choice of additional rooms for your guests (Max guests allowed 18 - 2 night minimum stay required for all guests)
- Private ceremony performed by a local officiant
- Photos of ceremony, provided on a CD by one of your innkeepers
- Cupcakes & Champagne toast for the entire party
- Two Bear Mountain Lodge Mugs for the bride & groom
- Assistance making dinner reservations for the entire party at Timbur Alley
- Wonderful breakfast each morning
Package Price: Starts at $1,500 - cost varies depending on number/choice of additional rooms booked and time of year. Additional items may need to be rented so please call the Lodge to discuss your plans and we'll provide you with a complete proposal.
